Jeena Sikho Lifecare Ltd. is looking for a results-driven
Performance Marketing Specialist

with solid hands-on experience in
lead generation campaigns

. The ideal candidate should have expertise in running and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube, with a focus on generating quality leads and improving conversions for healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across
Meta, Google, and YouTube

.
Generate qualified leads for hospitals, clinics, health camps, consultations, and wellness services.
Manage campaign budgets and optimize
CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates

.
Develop audience targeting, remarketing, and location-based marketing strategies.
Conduct A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and target audiences.




Monitor campaign performance using
GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and CRM reports

.
Coordinate with design, content, video, call center, and sales teams to improve campaign performance.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Ensure compliance with advertising platform policies, particularly for healthcare campaigns.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and performance marketing strategies.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications will be an added advantage.

Experience
Minimum 5+ years

of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
Proven experience in
lead-generation campaigns

is mandatory.
Experience in
Healthcare, Education, Hospitality, or other lead-generation industries

is preferred.
