Job Purpose

The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for the organisation, with a focus on identifying, attracting and hiring suitable talent for various functions within the real estate and construction business.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage the complete recruitment cycle from manpower requisition to candidate onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, consultants, social media and other relevant channels.
Screen applications and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews.
Assess candidates based on job requirements, experience, competencies and cultural fit.
Prepare and maintain a solid candidate database and talent pipeline.
Real Estate & Construction Hiring

Recruit talent for functions including:
Sales & Business Development
CRM & Customer Service
Marketing & Digital Marketing




Projects & Construction
Engineering & Architecture
Procurement & Contracts
Finance & Accounts
Administration & Facility Management
Senior and leadership positions as assigned
Interview Coordination
Coordinate with Department Heads and reporting managers for shortlisting.
Schedule and manage interviews efficiently.
Ensure timely communication and follow-up with candidates and interviewers.
Maintain proper interview feedback and selection records.
Candidate Communication & Closure
Handle candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
Coordinate salary discussions and offer-related documentation as per company guidelines.
Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
Reduce offer dropouts through continuous engagement and timely follow-up.
Recruitment MIS & Reporting
Maintain an updated recruitment tracker for all open positions.
