We are looking for an experienced Senior Hardware Design Lead / Technical Project Lead to lead embedded hardware and power electronics product development from concept to production. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in mixed-signal hardware design, embedded systems, power electronics, product validation, and technical leadership. This role requires ownership of multiple projects,



collaboration with cross-functional teams, and successful delivery of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities
Lead multiple product development projects and own delivery from requirements to production.
Define system architecture, hardware design, validation, and product release activities.
Prepare and review System Specifications, Functional Specifications, DFMEA, DVP, Test Specifications, and technical documentation.
Manage system BOM, engineering changes, and product lifecycle activities.
Review and approve circuit topology, component selection, hardware design, validation results, and product release documents.
Lead technical design reviews and resolve complex engineering issues.
Coordinate with firmware, software, mechanical, manufacturing, quality, procurement, and supplier teams.
Work with external hardware vendors, PCB manufacturers, and COTS board suppliers.
