Key Responsibilities:
Administer and monitor email security platforms (Mimecast) including policies, encryption, and continuity features.
Triage and resolve phishing alerts, malware-infected attachments, and impersonation attempts.
Coordinate with SOC and endpoint teams for email-based threat correlation.
Configure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC to strengthen email authentication and anti-spoofing controls.
Generate monthly reports on blocked threats, phishing statistics, and email traffic patterns.
Handle mailbox quarantines, user release requests, and alert fine-tuning.
Investigate shadow IT indicators and suspicious outbound communications.
Support email DLP integration and incident handling with data governance teams.
Assist in domain reputation monitoring and threat feed integrations.
Provide support during cyber drill simulations and post-incident investigations.

Key Skills & Certifications:
Positive 5 to 7 years of experience with Mimecast, Microsoft Defender for Office 365, or equivalent.
Knowledge of SMTP, TLS, DMARC, and email threat detection methodologies.
Familiar with email encryption, journaling, and eDiscovery.
