Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules with department heads.
Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
Facilitate onboarding and induction programs for recent employees.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

Employee Onboarding & Exit Management
Complete joining formalities and documentation.
Create and maintain employee personnel files.
Coordinate induction programs and orientation sessions.
Conduct exit interviews and complete full & final settlement coordination.
Ensure proper handover and clearance procedures during employee separation.

Attendance & Leave Management
Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and shift schedules.
Verify attendance data for payroll processing.




Address employee queries related to attendance and leave.
Generate monthly attendance reports.

Payroll Support
Coordinate with payroll teams for salary processing.
Validate attendance, leave, overtime, and reimbursement data.
Assist in payroll reconciliation and employee salary-related queries.
Maintain confidentiality of payroll information.

Employee Relations & Engagement
Address employee concerns and grievances.
Support employee welfare initiatives and engagement activities.
Organize celebrations, recognition programs, and team-building events.
Promote a positive work culture and employee satisfaction.

HR Operations & Administration
Maintain HR records, MIS reports, and employee databases.
Update organizational charts and employee directories.
Draft HR letters, circulars, and official communications.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
