Role & responsibilities:
To Handle End to End recruitment, sourcing, hiring, filling position in Production Plant in Pharmaceutical industries.
To Coordinate with department head to understand and fill vacant positions as per their requirement.
To Coordinate with HO for the further process.
Documentation, HRMS work, MIS.
Preferred candidate profile:
Male candidates with Excellent experience in HR (Recruitment department) in Pharmaceutical Industries.
Education Qualification:
MBA or BBA in (Human Resources Specialization)
