Roles and Responsibilities
Manage mechanical maintenance activities, including breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and heat exchanger maintenance.
Oversee the repair and replacement of equipment such as gearboxes, pumps, rotating equipment, agitators, and other mechanical components.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols during all maintenance operations to maintain a protected working setting.
Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of spare parts and consumables required for maintenance purposes.
Monitor MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) and MTTR (Mean Time To Repair) metrics to optimize maintenance efficiency.
