Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our grocery store team. The ideal candidate will assist customers, maintain product displays, handle billing, and ensure a smooth shopping experience while achieving store sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers with product selection.
Ensure shelves are stocked, organized, and properly displayed.
Handle billing and cash transactions accurately.
Monitor inventory and inform supervisors about low stock.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store.
Promote ongoing offers and recommend products to customers.
Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
Assist in receiving, checking, and arranging recent stock.
Follow store policies and maintain excellent customer service standards.

Requirements




Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
1–3 years of experience in retail or grocery sales (Freshers are welcome to apply).
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of billing systems and MS Office is an advantage.
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
