Handle complete end-to-end joining and onboarding process on internal HRMS system.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities aligned with the organization's culture and business objectives.
Plan and implement various employee centric initiatives, regular connect with employees, addressing their problems and grievances.
Organize and independently drive employee events, celebrations, town halls, team-building activities, and annual engagement calendars.
Drive employee wellness initiatives, awareness campaigns, and workplace programs.
Identify, draft and drive current initiatives from time to time as required by the organization
Promote HR programs to create an productive and conflict-free workplace.




Monitor participation and effectiveness of engagement initiatives using relevant metrics.
