About the Role
Solutionara is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager Enterprise Technology to join our Global Delivery Center in Noida.
This is a hands-on, client-facing technology delivery role for someone who can lead complex enterprise projects, coordinate cross-functional technical teams, manage risks and dependencies, and drive projects successfully from planning through go-live.
You will work with Solution Architects, Technical Leads, Developers, QA, DevOps, Business Analysts, client stakeholders, and vendors across India and global markets.

What You’ll Do
Lead enterprise technology projects from planning through development, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
Build and manage project plans, milestones, deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.
Manage RAID logs, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and action trackers.
Coordinate development, integration, QA, DevOps, architecture, and client teams.
Lead client status meetings, delivery reviews, sprint reviews, and stakeholder discussions.
Identify delivery risks and blockers early and drive them to resolution.
Manage scope, priorities, dependencies, and change requirements.
Coordinate UAT, release readiness, deployment, cutover, and go-live activities.
Provide explicit project health and executive-level status reporting.
Ensure teams remain accountable for committed deliverables and timelines.
Use AI and automation tools to improve project planning, reporting, documentation, and delivery visibility.
