To conduct customer KYC verification through Video KYC (VKYC) or physical modes in compliance with RBI guidelines, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely completion of verification processes.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities
Perform customer KYC verification through Video KYC as per RBI regulations and company policies.
Validate and review customer KYC documents for authenticity and completeness.
Complete assigned verifications within defined TAT and productivity targets.
Ensure high quality and compliance standards during the VKYC process.
Maintain proper documentation and records of verification outcomes.
Escalate discrepancies, suspicious cases, or non-compliance to the concerned team.
Adhere to internal SOPs, audit requirements, and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications
Graduate / Undergraduate
Knowledge of RBI-specified KYC documentation

Experience
0 to 2 years of experience in KYC, Operations, or Customer Verification (Freshers can apply)

Skills & Competencies
Basic computer knowledge and system handling skills
Valuable communication skills in required regional languages
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to meet daily productivity and quality targets
Solid compliance and process orientation

Preferred Profile
Experience in BFSI / NBFC / Banking operations
Prior exposure to Video KYC or tele-verification processes
