Position: Aptitude Trainer
Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Description

WeShine Academy is looking for passionate and skilled Aptitude Trainers to train students preparing for government and competitive examinations.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct aptitude training sessions for students.
Teach Quantitative Aptitude and Logical Reasoning.
Explain concepts, shortcuts, and problem-solving techniques clearly.
Conduct practice sessions, mock tests, and assessments.
Clarify students’ doubts and provide proper guidance.
Help students improve their speed, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.

Eligibility
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Solid knowledge of aptitude and reasoning.
Positive communication and teaching skills.
Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Candidates with competitive exam experience will be preferred.
