Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior System Administrator to manage, maintain, and support the organizations IT infrastructure and systems. The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience in Windows Server administration, Microsoft 365 (O365) administration, system administration, and basic firewall/network security. The candidate should also demonstrate strong team-handling and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, including installation, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Perform day-to-day system administration activities and ensure the availability, stability, and security of IT systems.
Manage Microsoft 365 / O365 administration, including user accounts, licenses, email services, and administrative tasks.
Perform basic firewall administration, monitoring, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve infrastructure issues.
Handle user and system-related technical issues and provide timely support.




Manage system updates, patches, backups, and security-related activities.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and network-related issues.
Maintain system documentation, configurations, and IT operational procedures.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for infrastructure-related activities.
Lead and support the IT team in day-to-day operations and effectively delegate tasks.
Ensure IT operations follow organizational security and compliance standards.

Required Skills & Experience:
Robust experience in System Administration and IT infrastructure support.
Hands-on experience with Windows Server administration.
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 / O365 Administration.
Basic understanding and hands-on knowledge of Firewall administration and network security.
Positive troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
