Job Purpose

The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities for Manju Group, with a solid focus on building a high-quality talent pipeline across real estate sales, pre-sales, projects, corporate functions and support functions.

The role requires a proactive recruiter who can source candidates through multiple channels,



conduct initial screening, coordinate interviews, maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of open positions.

Key Responsibilities1. End-to-End Recruitment
Understand manpower requirements from business and functional heads.
Prepare and understand Job Descriptions for open positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, databases, recruitment agencies and other channels.
Screen resumes based on job requirements, experience, skills and organizational fit.
Conduct initial telephonic/video screening and candidate assessments.
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates and interview panels throughout the selection process.
Coordinate salary discussions and offer processes.
Drive candidates from sourcing to joining.
