Job Purpose

To support the organization's recruitment objectives by managing end-to-end talent acquisition activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, stakeholder management, offer roll-out, and candidate onboarding support. The role is responsible for attracting quality talent and ensuring a positive candidate experience while meeting hiring timelines and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities

A. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions across clinical, non-clinical, nursing, allied healthcare, and support functions.
Understand manpower requirements and job specifications from hiring managers.
Develop sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Build candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

B. Candidate Sourcing
Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, skilled networks, and databases.
Conduct proactive talent mapping for critical and recurring roles.




Identify cutting-edge sourcing channels to improve hiring effectiveness.
Maintain an active candidate database.

C. Screening & Interview Coordination
Screen resumes and assess candidate suitability based on job requirements.
Conduct preliminary telephonic and virtual interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
Ensure smooth interview processes and timely feedback collection.

D. Stakeholder Management
Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
Provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
Advise stakeholders on talent availability, market insights, and hiring challenges.
Build solid working relationships across departments.

E. Offer Management & Joining Coordination
Support salary benchmarking and offer preparation in line with company guidelines.
Coordinate offer discussions and negotiations with candidates.
