Position: Senior Engineer – Execution
Key Responsibilities
Review, interpret, and understand structural, architectural, and other construction drawings to ensure accurate site execution.
Plan, supervise, and monitor day-to-day construction activities as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
Possess solid knowledge of site execution, construction methodologies, sequencing, and resource management.
Lead and manage site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and other site personnel to ensure smooth project execution.
Demonstrate solid leadership qualities, including team management, decision-making, problem-solving, and effective communication.
Prepare and maintain project progress reports, including:
DPR – Daily Progress Report
DLR – Daily Labour Report
MPR – Monthly Progress Report
Monitor project schedules and track progress on a day-to-day basis, highlighting delays and taking necessary corrective actions.
Identify and resolve site-related technical issues, design discrepancies,



and drawing clashes in coordination with the Design Team, PMO, consultants, and other stakeholders.
Ensure effective coordination between the site execution team, design team, PMO, contractors, and consultants for timely resolution of issues.
Monitor work quality and ensure execution is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety requirements.
Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, materials, machinery, and other project resources.
Conduct regular site inspections and review progress against planned schedules and milestones.
Proactively identify potential execution challenges and take corrective measures to avoid delays and rework.
Maintain proper documentation related to site activities, progress, technical clarifications, and execution issues.
