Role Description
Handle end-to-end recruitment for various roles across departments
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Instahyre, and other hiring platforms
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Manage onboarding and employee documentation processes
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers




Support employee engagement activities and internal communication
Assist in HR operations, attendance, leave management, and policy implementation
Work closely with leadership on hiring strategies and workforce planning

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Candidates must have at least 6 months to 1 year of experience
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
Familiarity with hiring platforms and MS Excel is preferred
Ability to multitask and work in a rapid-paced setting
Immediate joiners are preferred
