JOB DESCRIPTION – SALES MANAGER

Position: Sales Manager

Reports To: Management

Job Summary

Responsible for managing leads from enquiry to sales closure and timely payment collection, ensuring maximum conversion and minimum outstanding.

Key Responsibilities
Follow up with all assigned leads and convert them into confirmed orders.
Handle customer enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and sales closing.
Ensure proper coordination for order processing and delivery.
Track every sale and ensure payments are collected within the agreed credit period.
Follow up on overdue payments and coordinate with accounts for collection.
Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and outstanding payments.
Monitor sales team follow-ups and support them in closing difficult leads.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on leads, conversions, sales, and collections.




Maintain robust relationships with customers and generate repeat business.

On-time payment collection
Outstanding/overdue amount
Pending lead follow-ups
Repeat sales

Requirements
3+ years of sales experience, preferably in construction/building materials.
Strong communication, negotiation, follow-up, and closing skills.
Valuable customer relationship and payment collection skills.
Target-oriented with solid ownership and accountability.
Willingness to travel for customer visits.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
