10- 12 years of relevant experience in dealer/distributor network development, network planning, retail/aftersales network optimization or market expansion planning.
Strong preference for candidates with On-Road / Commercial Vehicle business experience.
Exposure to Off-Road business will be an added advantage.
Solid analytical capability in market modelling, scenario planning, business case development and data interpretation.
Good understanding of dealer profitability, customer service coverage and network capacity.
Solid stakeholder management, project management and communication skills.
Relevant qualification in Engineering, Business, Economics, Data/Analytics or equivalent experience.
Fluent in English with robust integrity and a compliance mindset.
