About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented School Sales Manager to develop and manage relationships with schools, educational institutions, and school management groups for the promotion and sale of educational tours, domestic & international student trips, holiday packages, excursions, and customized group tours.

The ideal candidate should have solid communication, networking, negotiation, and sales skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships with school authorities and convert leads into confirmed group bookings.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop recent business opportunities with schools, colleges, and educational institutions.
Build solid relationships with school principals, management, coordinators, teachers, activity heads, and administrative teams.
Meet school authorities regularly to present tour packages and customized travel solutions.
Promote and sell:
Domestic educational tours
International school tours
Student exchange trips
Adventure and experiential learning trips
Holiday and leisure packages




School group tours
Customized travel packages
Understand the requirements, budget, duration, and preferences of each school and design suitable tour proposals.
Prepare quotations, itineraries, presentations, and commercial proposals.
Conduct school presentations, meetings, travel fairs, and promotional activities.
Follow up with schools and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Coordinate with the operations, ticketing, visa, hotel, transport, and tour teams for smooth execution.
Maintain regular follow-ups with existing school clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
Develop a robust database of schools and maintain accurate sales records and reports.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing to develop competitive packages.
