Accounting & Petpooja Management
Manage daily accounting and financial entries using Petpooja software.
Handle sales reconciliation, cash, online payments, discounts, and settlement reports.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, expenses, inventory, and vendor payments.
Reconcile daily sales and payment transactions.
Prepare basic MIS and financial reports as required by management.
Identify and rectify discrepancies in accounts and transactions.

Store Management
Oversee the day-to-day operations and smooth functioning of the store.
Monitor stock levels, inventory, and stock movement.
Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely procurement of required items.
Supervise store staff and ensure proper discipline, attendance, and operational efficiency.
Ensure proper billing, cash handling,



and daily store closing procedures.
Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and overall store standards.
Address operational issues and coordinate with management for timely resolution.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Accounting or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in accounting and/or store operations.
Prior experience in Petpooja software is mandatory.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, basic accounting principles, inventory, and cash management.
Solid organisational, communication, and team management skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
