Required skills:
- 6+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience, with strong expertise in Core HCM.
- Solid knowledge of Workday configuration and Business Processes.
- Experience with Workday implementation, enhancement projects.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
- Exposure to modules like Compensation, Recruiting, Absence, Time Tracking, performance management, Payroll etc.
