Role Overview

We are looking for a clear and confident Real Estate Caller. Your main focus will be making outbound cold calls to seller database contacts, identifying owners looking to sell their properties, and generating genuine seller leads.

The first three months will be a probation period. Continuation in the role will be based on performance, communication, calling ability, and overall suitability for the position.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to property owners.
- Speak professionally and understand the owner's requirements.
- Identify genuine property opportunities.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested owners.
- Share qualified opportunities with the internal team.

Candidate Requirements
- Education: Graduate (Required).
- Communication:



Good spoken English and fluent Hindi/Hinglish communication.
- Experience: 1 year of telecalling or calling experience preferred.
- Skills: Solid phone confidence, clear speaking style, active listening, and persistence with follow-ups.
