1. Position Summary

Dhanwantari Distributors Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, responsible and highly organized professional who can manage the company's social media activities, MLM sales leaders/distributors and office administration.

The candidate will act as an key coordination link between Management, Sales Leaders, Distributors, Customers and Internal Office Teams.

2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Social Media Management
- Manage all official social media platforms of Dhanwantari, including:
- Facebook
- Instagram
- YouTube
- WhatsApp Business
- LinkedIn
- Other relevant platforms
- Prepare and maintain a daily/weekly/monthly social media content calendar.
- Coordinate creation and posting of:
- Reels
- Videos
- Product posts
- Leader achievement posts
- Testimonials
- Festival wishes
- Promotional campaigns
- Training and event content




- Coordinate with photographers, video editors, designers and content creators.
- Respond to basic social media enquiries and route leads to the appropriate department or sales leader.
- Track social media performance, engagement, followers, leads and campaign results.
- Ensure that all social media content follows company brand guidelines and applicable product advertising/compliance requirements.

B. Sales Leader & Distributor Management
- Maintain regular communication with MLM sales leaders and key distributors.
- Coordinate leader meetings, Zoom meetings, training programs and business presentations.
- Follow up with leaders regarding:
- Sales targets
- Monthly business performance
- Team growth
- Meetings and events
- Training attendance
- Incentive and rank-related requirements
- Maintain updated contact and communication records of key leaders.
