Roles and Responsibilities :
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulations, and customer requirements through effective implementation of quality control processes.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Develop and maintain documentation for quality procedures, work instructions, and records in accordance with industry standards (e.g., IATF).
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality parts meeting customer specifications.
Job Requirements :
- 12-15 years of experience in die casting or foundry operations as a Deputy Quality Assurance Manager or similar role.
- Robust understanding of FMEA (Failure Mode Effects Analysis), SPC (Statistical Process Control), PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) systems.
- Experience with casting processes including aluminum, copper, zinc die casting; knowledge of tooling design and maintenance.
