About Cyborg ERP

Cyborg ERP is an education-focused ERP platform designed for schools, colleges, universities, and educational institutions. The platform helps institutions manage admissions, academics, examinations, finance, HR, student services, communication, reporting, and other institutional processes through one connected system.

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Assistant Manager Sales & Marketing who can contribute to lead generation, institutional sales, client acquisition, market development, and revenue growth for Cyborg ERP.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop recent business opportunities among schools, colleges, universities, and other educational institutions.
- Generate qualified leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, references, events, databases, and other business development channels.
- Connect with key decision-makers including Management, Directors, Vice Chancellors, Registrars, Principals, IT Heads, Admission Heads, and Administrative Officers.




- Understand institutional requirements and recommend suitable Cyborg ERP solutions.
- Schedule and coordinate ERP product demonstrations and business meetings.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial offers.
- Handle regular follow-ups with prospective clients and move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
- Support negotiations and assist in converting qualified prospects into customers.
- Maintain relationships with existing and prospective institutional clients.
- Work towards achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Marketing
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for Cyborg ERP.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing team for lead generation and brand awareness activities.
- Assist in developing marketing content, presentations, brochures, case studies, proposals, and sales collateral.
