I am looking for a
Business Development & Lead Generation Executive
to support and strengthen the business development initiatives for my corporate training and consulting practice.

About the Role:

The primary responsibility will be to create a consistent pipeline of corporate training opportunities
by identifying relevant organisations and decision-makers, building relationships, engaging prospects and tracking opportunities.

The role will involve a combination of
B2B lead generation, LinkedIn prospecting, email outreach, training requirement identification, follow-ups and digital content support
.

You will be trained and guided on our training offerings, target audience, prospecting approach, communication and business-development process.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Lead Generation
- Research and identify companies that may have corporate training requirements.




- Identify and build databases of HR Heads, L&D; Heads, Training Managers, Sales Heads, Business Heads and business owners.
- Identify relevant training requirements and opportunities posted on LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Connect with relevant decision-makers and initiate conversations.
- Maintain and regularly update the prospect and lead database.
- Follow up systematically with prospects and opportunities.

LinkedIn & Digital Outreach
- Send relevant and personalised LinkedIn connection requests.
- Engage with posts of relevant HR/L&D;/business decision-makers.
- Identify potential business opportunities through LinkedIn activity.
- Support regular LinkedIn content posting and engagement.
- Repurpose relevant content for Facebook and Instagram.

Email Marketing
- Research relevant decision-makers and companies.
- Send approximately 15–25 personalised business-development emails per day.
