Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

1*. Digital Marketing Strategy*

* Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

* Plan monthly and quarterly digital marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives.

* Identify target audiences, market trends, and current digital growth opportunities.

* Manage digital marketing budgets and optimize spending for maximum ROI.

2*. Social Media Management*

* Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.

* Develop monthly content calendars and coordinate creative content production.

* Create and publish engaging posts, reels, videos, stories, and campaign content.

* Monitor audience engagement, comments, messages, and online reputation.

* Analyze social media performance and continuously improve content strategy.

3. Paid Advertising & Lead Generation

* Plan, launch,



and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.

* Develop lead-generation campaigns for products, services, events, webinars, and training programs.

* Monitor CPL, CTR, CPC, conversions, ROAS, and other campaign KPIs.

* Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, ad copies, and landing pages.

4*. SEO & Website Management*

* Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search rankings.

* Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis.

* Optimize website pages, blogs, landing pages, meta titles, descriptions, and internal linking.

* Monitor website traffic and performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools.

* Coordinate with developers to improve website speed, UX, mobile responsiveness, and technical SEO.
