JOB DESCRIPTION : TELECALLING EXECUTIVE

Job Title : Tele calling Executive / Tele sales Executive
Department: Sales / Customer Support / Business Development
Reports To: Manager
Location: bhopal , MP

Experience: 1-3 Years

Salary Range: Rs. 10,000 - Rs.15,000 + Incentives
Shift: Day Shift

Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecalling Executive to contact potential customers, explain our products/services, and generate sales/leads. You should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable making 80-100 calls per day.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from given database
- Explain products/services, features, and benefits clearly
- Generate leads, follow up on leads, and close sales / fix appointments
- Maintain daily calling target - 80 to 120 calls per day

2. Inbound & Customer Handling
- Attend inbound customer calls and resolve queries
- Provide correct information about product, price, offers, and services




- Follow up with interested customers via call and WhatsApp
- Handle customer objections politely and convert them

3. Reporting & CRM
- Update call status, customer feedback, and lead status in CRM / Excel sheet
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly call reports
- Share daily MIS report with Team Leader
- Achieve daily / monthly sales and conversion targets

4. Coordination
- Coordinate with sales team for lead handover and closing
- Coordinate with marketing team for database and campaign updates

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate in any stream
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and basic English. Knowledge of local language is a plus.
- Skills Required:
- Good convincing and negotiation skills
- Patient, polite and customer-friendly attitude
- Basic computer knowledge - MS Excel, Google Sheet, CRM
- Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets
- Experience: 1-2 years in telecalling, BPO, telesales, cust
