We are looking for a qualified Civil Engineer / Site Supervisor to oversee daily on-site construction operations. You will be responsible for managing site workers, ensuring work adheres to engineering drawings and quality standards, tracking material usage, and enforcing site safety protocols. ​Key Responsibilities ​Supervise day-to-day construction activities and coordinate between contractors, sub-contractors, and labor. ​Interpret architectural, structural drawings, and technical blueprints to execute in office work accurately. ​Conduct regular quality checks on construction materials (cement, steel, aggregates) and workmanship to ensure standard compliance. ​Monitor daily site progress, prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR), and report project milestones to Project Managers. ​Manage site inventory, track material consumption, and prevent wastage or shortages on site. ​Enforce workplace safety protocols, PPE usage, and environmental regulations across the construction zone.

Pay: ₹10,147.71 - ₹30,366.95 per month
