Role & responsibilities
- Take complete ownership of the clubs overall sales and revenue targets.
- Develop and execute the annual sales strategy, business plan and channel-wise targets.
- Build and manage a strong B2B and corporate sales pipeline.
- Drive corporate memberships, HNI sales, premium customer acquisition and key account relationships.
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships, corporate tie-ups, referrals, BTL activations and cross-promotional opportunities.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the clubs customer and partner network.
- Build, lead, train and develop a high-performing sales team with clear targets and accountability.
- Establish a structured sales process covering lead generation, follow-ups, conversions, pipeline management and reporting.
- Own sales forecasting and regularly analyse performance against targets, identifying gaps and taking corrective action.
- Conduct regular sales reviews and ensure consistent team performance and revenue delivery.
- Maintain strong relationships with corporates, HNIs, developers,



channel partners and other key stakeholders.
- Personally lead important client meetings, corporate visits, activations and high-value closures.
- Work closely with the management team on budgets, resources, sales campaigns and revenue initiatives.
- Establish a solid sales culture and ensure the sales operating system continues to perform independently.
- Provide management with clear visibility on sales performance, pipeline, conversion, forecasts and business opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile
- 15+ years of overall sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role.
- Proven track record of owning and achieving high-value sales targets.
- Strong experience in B2B, corporate, HNI and premium/luxury sales.
- Experience in building and executing annual sales strategies and business plans independently.
- Strong expertise in business development, partnerships, corporate tie-ups
