Role Description
The Visa Manager will oversee end-to-end visa processes for students pursuing education abroad, ensuring accurate documentation, timely submissions, and compliance with country-specific regulations.



Responsibilities include advising students and families on visa requirements, preparing and reviewing visa applications, coordinating appointment bookings, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of immigration policies for multiple destinations. The role involves close collaboration with counseling and admissions teams, managing visa-related queries, and maintaining detailed records and reports on application status and outcomes. The Visa Manager will also liaise with embassies, consulates, and external partners as needed, while continuously improving internal processes and service quality. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of student visa procedures, documentation requirements, and immigration regulations for key study-abroad destinations.
- Experience managing visa cases end-to-end, including application preparation, appointment scheduling, and follow-up with relevant authorities.
