What You’ll Do:

* Identify and target potential clients across industries.

* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective businesses.

* Proactively reach out to founders, business owners, marketing heads and decision-makers through calls, meetings, LinkedIn, email and other channels.

* Understand a client’s business, marketing challenges and requirements.

* Set up and conduct client meetings and presentations.

* Prepare proposals and commercials in coordination with the strategy/creative team.

* Maintain accurate lead, follow-up and conversion data.

* Build long-term relationships and identify opportunities for upselling and repeat business.

* Stay updated on businesses, industries and market opportunities to identify potential clients.

What We’re Looking For:

* 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales / business development, preferably in an agency, branding, digital marketing, advertising, media, website or creative services company.

* Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

* Ability to speak confidently with founders and senior decision-makers.
