Yashodeep Knowledge Hub (YKH) is looking for a energetic, well-connected, and result-oriented Training & Placement Officer (TPO) to lead student training, industry interaction, internships, and placement activities across the institution.

Educational Qualification
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Management, Engineering, Commerce, Science, Computer Applications, or a relevant discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in HR, Marketing, or related field will be preferred.
- Candidates with relevant experience in Training & Placement, Corporate Relations, HR, Recruitment, Business Development, or Industry Liaison will be preferred.

Experience
- 10-15 years of relevant experience in Training & Placement, HR, recruitment, corporate relations, or educational administration preferred.
- Experience in handling placement activities for Polytechnic, Pharmacy, MBA, MCA, or other higher education students will be an advantage.

Placement & Recruitment
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with companies, industries, recruiters, HR professionals, and placement agencies.
- Identify and invite reputed companies for campus recruitment drives.
- Coordinate the complete placement process from company communication to final selection.
- Arrange on-campus and off-campus recruitment drives, interviews, aptitude tests, GDs, and technical interviews.
- Maintain updated records of students who are eligible, shortlisted, selected, and placed.
- Track placement offers, joining status, and student employment outcomes.
- Build a strong database of potential recruiters and continuously expand the institution's corporate network.

2. Training & Skill Development
- Assess students' training and employability requirements.
- Plan and organize aptitude, communication, soft skills, technical, interview, and personality development training.
