We are looking for a highly creative and experienced
Senior Graphic Designer
who can lead the visual communication for high-impact
political campaigns and election campaigns
.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in both
2D and 3D design
, be comfortable working with multiple design tools, and have the ability to create compelling creatives under tight election timelines.

Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality creatives for
political campaigns, elections, rallies, events, leaders, and social media campaigns
.
- Develop
2D and 3D designs
, campaign identities, posters, banners, hoardings, social media creatives, infographics, and promotional materials.
- Create visually powerful content for
Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, WhatsApp and other digital platforms
.
- Design campaign assets including
leader profiles, constituency creatives, manifesto visuals, event branding, booth-level creatives and election communication material
.
- Work closely with the
political strategy, content, social media, video and research teams




to convert campaign strategies into compelling visual communication.
- Develop creative concepts from scratch and maintain consistency across the entire campaign.
- Handle
urgent and high-volume design requirements during election periods
while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Create presentation decks, data visualizations, maps, charts and campaign reports when required.
- Review and improve existing campaign designs based on strategy, audience response and political context.
- Mentor junior designers and manage the overall creative workflow when require
