We are looking for a Business Development Officer who can take ownership of business generation, build meaningful client relationships, and identify opportunities that contribute to the growth of Shree Vidhatte Interiors.

The ideal candidate should have solid industry understanding, excellent networking abilities, confidence in handling high-value clients, and a proven track record of converting opportunities into successful business.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the residential interiors segment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Generate leads through networking, references, market research, channel partners, and other business development activities.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design team to develop suitable proposals.
- Arrange and conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and commercial discussions.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed residential interior projects.




- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/business development targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients throughout the sales cycle.
- Develop relationships with architects, real estate professionals, brokers, property consultants, and other potential referral sources.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, opportunities, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the design, execution, and management teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.
- Provide regular business development reports and updates to management.

Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business development/sales, preferably in residential interior design, architecture, real estate, or premium home improvement.
- MBA qualification preferred, especially in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related fie
