Branch Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Branch Sales Manager to lead our dynamic sales team and drive business growth within a specific branch location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing and developing a team of sales professionals, fostering strong customer relationships, and ensuring operational excellence and compliance within the branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed branch sales targets for various financial products and services.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales and customer service representatives, providing regular coaching, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficient service delivery, adherence to company policies, and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Cultivate and maintain solid relationships with existing customers,



identifying their financial needs and cross-selling appropriate products and services.
- Actively engage in business development activities, including identifying new market opportunities, building a referral network, and participating in local community events.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation in product offerings and service delivery.
- Manage and mitigate operational risks, ensuring the security of branch assets and customer information.
- Prepare and present regular sales performance reports, forecasts, and strategic plans to senior management.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving complaints and inquiries promptly and effectively.
