Position Summary

As a Talent Acquisition Partner (ACI Contract) in Pune, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional hiring outcomes by driving candidate quality, providing strategic talent advisory support, and building solid partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders. This role is focused on identifying, assessing, and securing high-caliber talent while ensuring an outstanding candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will bring expertise in candidate assessment, market intelligence, stakeholder management, and consultative recruiting practices. You will serve as a trusted advisor to hiring teams,



ensuring hiring decisions are data-driven, aligned with business needs, and focused on long-term talent success.

Candidate Quality & Assessment
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for professional, technical, and leadership positions across assigned business groups.
