Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our hotel sales team. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in hotel sales, hospitality, corporate sales, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and corporate accounts for the hotel.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Handle corporate sales, room bookings, events, conferences, and other hotel services.
- Conduct client meetings, sales calls, and property visits.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase hotel revenue.
- Coordinate with the Front Office, Reservations, F&B;, and Operations teams.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed business.
- Monitor market trends,



competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Maintain regular sales reports and client records.

Requirements
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in hotel sales / hospitality sales.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Good knowledge of local corporate and hospitality markets.
- Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
- Comfortable with field visits and client meetings.
