Responsible for supervising and controlling riveting, gluing, and torque-related special processes in the machine/assembly shop. Ensure process parameters, quality standards, work instructions, and customer requirements are strictly followed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise riveting, gluing, and torque operations.
- Ensure correct torque values, riveting parameters, adhesive application, and curing conditions.
- Monitor process quality and conduct in-process inspections.
- Maintain and verify torque tools, rivet tools, and other special-process equipment.
- Ensure proper calibration and traceability of measuring equipment.
- Follow SOP, Work Instructions, Control Plan, PFMEA, and customer specifications.
- Identify process deviations and implement corrective actions.
- Train and evaluate operators on special-process requirements.
- Maintain process records, inspection reports,



and traceability documents.
- Coordinate with Quality, Production, Engineering, and Maintenance teams.
- Support internal/customer audits and ensure compliance with applicable quality standards.
- Drive 5S, Kaizen, productivity, and continuous improvement activities.

Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma / BE in Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing or related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in riveting, gluing, torque tightening, or special-process manufacturing.
- Experience in sheet metal / aerospace / automotive / engineering manufacturing is preferred.
- Positive knowledge of quality systems and special-process documentation.
- Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.
