Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company’s revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, and lead generation.
- Generate, qualify, and manage leads through various channels, including calls, emails, social media, and online platforms.
- Reach out to prospective clients and understand their business requirements.
- Conduct product/service presentations and explain value propositions to potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and prospects.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial presentations as required.
- Negotiate with clients and support the sales team in closing deals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.




- Follow up consistently with prospective and existing clients to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other internal teams to achieve business objectives.
- Meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Provide regular reports on business development activities, pipeline, and performance.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role. Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
