Chef cum Manager – Chinese & Fast Food
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese and fast food dishes.
- Manage daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth food production.
- Maintain consistent taste, quality, presentation, and portion control.
- Develop and standardize recipes as per business requirements.
- Plan daily food preparation and ensure timely order completion.
- Manage kitchen inventory, ingredients, and stock requirements.
- Monitor food costs, wastage, and overall kitchen expenses.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff when required.
- Handle customer orders and ensure timely service.
- Identify opportunities to improve food quality, productivity, and profitability.
- Take responsibility for overall kitchen performance and operations.
- Work closely with the management team to achieve business targets.




- Profit-sharing incentives will be provided based on business performance.

Job Requirements
- Experience: Any experience
- Education: 10th Pass or Below 10th
- Skills: Chinese Cuisine, Fast Food Cuisine
- English Level: No English Required
- Gender: Any Gender
- Preference: Candidates from North-East India preferred
- Strong cooking and kitchen management skills.
- Ability to take ownership of kitchen operations.
- Positive understanding of food preparation and hygiene standards.
