About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Business Development Associate (BDA) to drive property sales, generate qualified leads, and build strong client relationships.

The role involves regular field work, including client meetings, property site visits, and coordination with channel partners across Noida and surrounding areas. Candidates must be comfortable travelling daily using their own two-wheeler.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Generation

Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, referrals, site visits, and digital enquiries.

Convert leads into site visits and close residential and commercial property deals.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by management.





Maintain and develop a strong pipeline of prospective buyers and investors.

Client & Field Engagement

Conduct property site visits and walkthroughs with prospective clients.

Travel to client locations, project sites, and channel partner offices as required.

Build and maintain robust relationships with channel partners, brokers, and investors.

Represent the organization at property expos, events, and promotional activities.

Coordination & Reporting

Coordinate with the marketing team regarding lead quality and campaign feedback.

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closures in CRM.

Prepare daily and weekly sales activity and pipeline reports.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and property pricing across Noida/NCR.

Requirements

2–3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales / Business Development is mandatory.

Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving li
