Job Title: Accountant

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage the company’s day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, statutory compliances, reconciliations, financial reporting, and other finance-related operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, good attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate and confidential financial records while ensuring timely compliance with applicable laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate books of accounts, vouchers, financial records, and accounting entries.

Manage student, vendor, customer, and company accounts, including reconciliations and outstanding balances.

Handle salary/payroll processing and ensure timely statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, TDS, Professional Tax (where applicable), and related filings.

Prepare, review,



and compile sales reports, expense reports, MIS, and other financial reports for management.

Prepare and maintain invoices, receipts, payment records, expense statements, and supporting financial documents.

Perform regular bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.

Coordinate with auditors, banks, government authorities, and internal departments for finance and accounting-related matters.

Assist in budgeting, cash-flow monitoring, MIS reporting, and financial analysis to support management decision-making.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements, company policies, and internal SOPs.

Maintain strict confidentiality and security of financial and employee information.

Ensure all assigned tasks, tickets, checklists, approvals, documentation, and updates are completed within prescribed timelines through the designated task management system.
