Role Overview

We are looking for a reliable, customer-friendly Shop Assistant / Cashier to manage day-to-day retail sales and counter operations at our sanitary accessories shop"LACASA EBORIA,nearAl ameen college road , Edathala,Aluva. The ideal candidate will assist walk-in customers, manage billing, and maintain stock organization.

​Key Duties & Responsibilities
- ​Customer Service & Sales: Greet customers, understand their plumbing/sanitaryware requirements, and guide them in selecting the right accessories, fittings, and fixtures.
- ​Billing & Cash Handling: Operate the POS billing system, issue accurate invoices, handle cash/UPI/card payments, and reconcile daily sales transactions.
- ​Stock & Inventory Support: Assist in receiving stock deliveries, checking item counts against delivery notes,



arranging products neatly on display shelves, and reporting low-stock items.
- ​Shop Maintenance: Keep the billing counter, product display areas, and storage racks clean, organized, and properly labeled.
- ​Order Coordination: Pack customer orders safely and assist with direct customer inquiries over the phone.

​Requirements & Skills
- ​Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital billing/UPI payment methods.
- ​Qualification: Plus 2 ( Freshers can apply)
- ​Robust communication skills in Malayalam (basic English or Hindi is an advantage).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
