Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment Delivery
- Manage recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement
- Deliver quality candidates quickly across contract and permanent roles
- Drive strong submission, interview, and closure outcomes

Proactive Talent Engagement
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines aligned to hiring demand
- Engage candidates proactively through targeted outreach and relationship-building
- Keep candidates warm, informed,



and ready to move quickly

Technical & Commercial Screening
- Assess technical capability, communication, motivation, availability,
- Ensure alignment on rates, salary expectations, work rights, and location preferences
- Present candidates with clear, high-quality summaries

Execution & Account
ability
- Work with urgency across multiple priorities
- roles Follow up consistently to progress interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Maintain organised pipelines and accurate recruitment activity tracking

Collaboration & Market
Insight
- Partner closely with Account Managers and clients to understand hiring priorities
- Contribute market intelligence and hiring insights to improve delivery outcomes
- Support account growth through strong recruitment performance
