Job Summary
Parevartan E Verse Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Tender & Pre-Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will support tender management, bid documentation, proposal preparation, client coordination, and other pre-sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and track relevant government and private tender opportunities.
- Review tender requirements, eligibility criteria, and submission guidelines.
- Prepare and compile tender and bid documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for technical and commercial documents.
- Manage tender submissions and maintain proper tender records.
- Assist in preparing RFPs, RFQs, proposals, quotations,
and presentations.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with sales and technical teams.
- Support client communication, follow-ups, and pre-sales activities.
- Maintain records of proposals, quotations, and business opportunities.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in tendering, pre-sales, business development, or a related field.
- Freshers with relevant internship or project experience can also apply.
- Valuable communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
