The
Manager – Finance
will lead the company’s core finance operations and support the Group CFO across financial planning, accounting, treasury, taxation, compliance, fundraising, and financial governance.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead
accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling
.
- Manage
treasury, cash flow, working capital, banking relationships, and fund utilisation
.
- Oversee
taxation, statutory compliance, internal controls, audits, and financial governance
.
- Support
fundraising, debt/equity transactions, investor relations, and financial due diligence
.
- Drive
ERP, finance automation, process improvements, and internal controls
.
- Prepare management and
board-level financial reports and MIS
.
- Lead and develop the
Finance & Accounts team
.
- Partner with senior management on business decisions,



investments, contracts, and financial performance.

Qualifications & Experience
- CA / Chartered Accountant
or equivalent qualification.
- 4-8 years of experience
in Finance, Accounting & Treasury.
- Experience in
space, defence, aerospace, manufacturing, or other capital-intensive industries
preferred.
- Exposure to
investment banking, corporate finance, transaction advisory, or fundraising
will be an advantage.
- Robust knowledge of
Ind AS, taxation, regulatory compliance, treasury, financial modelling, and ERP systems
.
- Proven experience managing
audits, banking relationships, investors, and multi-entity finance operations
