Overseas Recruiter – Job Description

Experience: 0–1 Years | Location: Ekkattuthangal, Chennai

Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for overseas job opportunities.
- Contact candidates and understand their qualifications, experience, and preferences.
- Explain suitable job opportunities and recruitment processes.
- Follow up with candidates and convert leads into successful applications.
- Coordinate with recruitment and visa-processing teams.
- Maintain candidate records in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve monthly recruitment and conversion targets.

Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience; freshers can apply(any degree or diploma)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid follow-up and convincing abilities.
- Target-oriented and willing to learn.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM is an advantage.
