Job Summary:

We are looking for candidates to work in US Medical Billing / Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). The role involves processing medical claims, insurance verification, payment posting, and accounts receivable activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process and follow up on US healthcare claims.
- Perform insurance eligibility and benefits verification.
- Handle claim rejections, denials, and appeals.
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and claim follow-ups.
- Understand EOB/ERA and assist with payment posting.
- Maintain accurate records and follow process guidelines.
- Ensure quality and productivity targets are met.

Requirements:
- Good communication and basic computer skills.
- Basic knowledge of US healthcare/medical billing is an advantage.
- Valuable attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant experience can apply.
